Dr G Prashanth Reddy

MBBS,FRACGP

Dr G Prashanth Reddy- MBBS,FRACGP (or “Dr Reddy” as he is affectionately known) is a passionate GP who has worked in India for over 5 years in General Practice before moving to Australia .He has been working in Australia health system since 2018 across various cities like Melbourne, Perth & Hervey Bay. 

He has a wide range of experience through working in GP practice, Hospital (ED & Gen Med Departments) and in Indigenous health Clinic.
He has a broad interest in all areas of General Practice including Chronic disease management ,General medicine, Pediatrics, Musculoskeletal problems, Minor surgery & Joint Injections , Mental health and Men’s health .

Dr Meredith J Webb

BMED, FRACGP

Dr Meredith Webb brings a valuable service in healthcare to our practice. Dr Webb graduated from the University of Newcastle. Dr Webb practiced hospital medicine for nine years before doing General Practice Training.

Dr Webb believes health care is best  achieved with a team approach. 

 Dr Webb enjoys helping people to understand their illnesses. One of Dr Webb main interests is working with patients that suffer from Asthma.

Dr Chetan Panja

Dr Chetan Kumar Panja (or “Dr Panja” as he is fondly known) is a passionate GP who has worked in India for over 9 years before moving to Australia . He has a wide range of experience through working in General practice as General Practitioner .Also has experience as Resident Medical Officer in Hospital ( General Medicine Department) . Dr.Panja has a broad interest in all areas of General Practice including Mental health,Chronic disease management and Paediatrics.

Dr Chinmayee Yara

General Practitioner , MBBS

Affectionately known as Dr Yara, Dr Chinmayee Yara is a dedicated and compassionate medical professional with a strong commitment to patient-centred care. She completed her MBBS in India and spent five years working as a General Practitioner before relocating to Australia.

Dr Yara has a special interest in women’s health, chronic disease management, and dermatology. She is passionate about providing personalised care that supports the unique needs of each patient and promotes long-term wellbeing.

Dr Yara is known for her gentle approach, clear communication, and genuine dedication to improving the health of her community.

Dr Shannon Hunt

General Practitioner, MBBS

Dr Shannon graduated from James Cook University in 2020 and has spent the last few years working in various junior doctor roles across Queensland and Tasmania. She is now a first-year GP Registrar with the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM), and is passionate about providing high-quality healthcare to rural and regional communities.

Shannon has a strong interest in women’s and children’s health, the care of older adults, and emergency medicine. She is committed to building lasting relationships with her patients and supporting the health and wellbeing of people in Beaconsfield.

Outside of work, Shannon enjoys a busy home life raising her family, continuing her studies, and spending time with her beloved pets.

Dr Dinali Vithanage

General Practitioner, MBBS (Hons)

Dr. Dinali Vithanage is a compassionate and experienced General Practitioner with expertise in general medicine and a special interest in women’s health. She brings invaluable experience from Sri Lanka, where she worked in tertiary care hospitals and as a general practitioner. Dr. Dinali holds a First-Class Honours medical degree from Tianjin Medical University, China.

With a keen focus on both general health and women’s health issues, Dr. Dinali is known for her warm and approachable nature, ensuring her patients feel supported, informed, and empowered in their healthcare journey.

Dr Santosh Shrestha

General Practitioner, MBBS

Dr Santosh Shrestha is a committed and compassionate General Practitioner who moved to Australia seven years ago with his wife and two children to pursue his dream of practicing medicine in a supportive and community-focused environment. Since then, Tasmania has become his home.

With over a decade of medical experience overseas and three years working as a Junior Doctor in the Australian healthcare system—at both North West Regional Hospital (NWRH) and Launceston General Hospital (LGH)—Dr Shrestha brings a broad and well-rounded clinical background to his work.

He has particular interests in dermatology, acute care, and adult medicine, and is dedicated to ongoing learning and professional development to better serve his patients. Known for his approachable nature and genuine care, Dr Shrestha enjoys building long-term relationships with his patients.

Outside of medicine, he enjoys exploring nature, hiking, listening to music, and connecting with new people. Dr Shrestha looks forward to continuing to serve the Tasmanian community for many years to come.

Dr Harpreet Singh

I moved to Australia 15 years ago with my wife with a dream to practice medicine in a developed nation & learn a lot of new skills along the way. I would like to say that it’s been an adventurous journey so far.

I am interested in improving my Medical Dermatology Skills & Knowledge and after completing FRACGP, work as a GP Dermatologist. I like to read Books, Bike ride, Play Tennis and go hiking with my 2 beautiful children and wife. Tasmania has been home now for the last 5 years and I would like to continue to practice medicine in the Beautiful northern Tasmania, for many more years to come. Thank you
